It is up to each member to help police the NOMADS’ riding area to ensure that NOMADS’
stays a safe and enjoyable place to ride. If you notice anyone breaking or being unruly,
please notify one of the Board Members listed at the bottom of the page immediately.
1. RIDE ONLY ON TRAILS AND TRACKS AND STAY WITHIN THE CONFINS OF THE
NOMADS’ AREA. Riding outside NOMADS’ boundaries (barbed wire fence) on the land
owned by Bella Vista Ranches is strictly forbidden. Members caught riding in these areas
will have their membership revoked for a period of up to a year and will be turned over to the
Bureau of Land Management. Ride only on existing trails and tracks- do not make your own.
2. LOCK GATE BEHIND YOU UPON ENTERING AND LEAVING. Help keep unauthorized
persons from using and/or abusing our track. Members who leave the gate open and/or
unlocked may have their membership revoked for a period of up to a year/and will
be fined $100.00
3. HELMETS AND EYE PROTECTION ARE MANDATORY. Riding without a helmet and eye
protection is strictly forbidden and may result in forfeiture of club membership. This
includes passengers.
4 DO NOT LOAN OUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP KEY. It is up to you as a member to help keep
unauthorized persons out of our track. Each member is issued a vehicle window sticker
identifying them as a paid member. If you notice a vehicle without a sticker, please write
down the make, model, color and license plate of the vehicle and report it to either Sierra
Cycles or Cochise Motorsports. Lost keys will not be replaced. If you lose your key, you will
have to pay for a new membership.
5. MEMBERSHIP WINDOW STICKERS MUST BE APPLIED TO THE DRIVER’S SIDE OF
THE FRONT WINDSHIELD. Stickers are issued one per vehicle with a maximum of two
vehicles per membership. Member must show vehicle registration to receive sticker.
6. RIDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY
A PARENT OF LEGAL GUARDIAN. Active duty military personal (but not dependants)
are exempt from this rule.
7. NO EXCESSIVE SPEEDS OR RADICAL RIDING IN THE PARKING AREA. This is a
congested area with many vehicles entering and leaving, children playing, etc.
8. NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS.
9. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Use trash containers. If you notice that the dumpster is
full, please notify one of the Board Members listed below.
10. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL VEHICLES (CARS AND/OR TRUCKS) ONTO THE
TRACK OR TRAILS. No sand rails or dune buggies. Track and riding trails are for
motorcycles, ATV’s, go-carts, mini-bikes, and bicycles only.
11. NO alcohol on the premises
